Smoke Milk do not condone, promote or incite the use of any illegal or controlled substances nor wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with their national or local laws.

All smoking instruments sold on this site are intended for use with legal smoking alternatives. By purchasing a smoking implement from this site you agree that it will only be used for legal purposes.

All products & information contained within Smoke Milk and its associates are to be used for the following purposes only: Entertainment, Souvenir, educational value, historical and scientific references.

It is expected that any persons who purchase any products has checked that they are not in conflict with their local laws prior to ordering and are totally responsible for their own actions.

As laws regarding some of the items found within our shop can constantly change Smoke Milk and its associates will accept no responsibility or product liability.

Any sale is on the basis that Smoke Milk cannot accept any liability or be held responsible for any customers who chooses to ignore and break any laws by purchasing any of the products within Smoke Milk.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person and/or close account for any reason including misuse and abuse of staff.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Smoke Milk or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

All products need to be checked prior to using for faults or imperfections. Once the product has been used it cannot be returned to us, and we can no longer exchange or replace if a fault is found.

Any product issue needs to be emailed to smokemilkau@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item(s). Include your order ID and attach photos. 

Any product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and shall be accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in description or pricing will be rectified by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund however the product must be unused.

All of our products are packed with extra care and checked before sent, if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect we need to be contacted within 48 hours. The item must not be used and may need to be returned. Smoke Milk may refund return postage costs at our own discretion after assessment.

Products cannot be returned due to damage caused by customers misuse or negligence or change of mind by the customer.

 

BREAKAGES:

While all care is taken with packaging of fragile items, breakages may occur in transit. If your item has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at smokemilkau@gmail.com Include photos of the broken or damaged item/s.

Please inspect your items thoroughly on arrival. If you do not report any problems with your item when you receive it, we assume that you received it in good working order without damage. We have no responsibility to provide a refund, exchange or credit for items that you have damaged or broken yourself after the fact.

 

STOCK & AVAILABILITY:

While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for an incorrect item.

We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.

 

DISCOUNT CODES:

If you are using a discount or coupon code, you must enter it at checkout prior to making your payment. If your order is paid without entering a code, you are agreeing to pay the full amount for your items. Discounts cannot be applied or refunded to an order after payment has been made. 

 

SHIPPING:

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
